A Walk Through Florals and Soft Details
The entry itself set the tone. Trees were layered with cascading pink hangings, florals woven in between, creating a canopy that felt immersive yet light. As guests walked in, the space didn’t open up all at once. It revealed itself gradually, with small pockets of detail placed along the way.

A perfume bar in soft pastel tones became one of those unexpected details that people kept going back to. It wasn’t loud, but it stayed with you. Around it, vintage-inspired elements, floral baskets, and layered textures added warmth without feeling styled too heavily.
Even the smaller setups, like the vintage phone corner with fresh flowers and fruit accents, brought in a sense of nostalgia. These weren’t just decor pieces, they felt like little experiences placed across the venue.
A Mehendi That Moved With The Day
What made this setup work was how it changed as the day went on. Guests kept discovering new corners, moving between spaces, and creating their own moments. There was no one way to experience it, which made the entire celebration feel more personal and open.
For Apurva and Kaustubh, it became less about a single setup and more about the overall feeling of being in the space.
